Cemetery of Titanic: A Tourist attraction place

Deep blue expeditions are planning to take people beyond books, films and the paintings of the heart wrenching story of the world’s first largest and luxuries ship-Titanic. They are planning to take some tourist for a two and a half miles below the Atlantic to witness the dream liner’s first and the ultimate resting place. The expedition is planned for next summer. The trip will cost USD 6100.

Already two people have signed up for this historical trip; one is a banker from London and the other is from Missouri who is a doctor. The Telegraph reported that they are planning to take 80 people for the trip miles under the Atlantic. The ruins of Titanic was found in 1985 and it takes two hours to descend to the place where Titanic rest. There is a provision of two people to go together, down to Titanic.

Experts said that the trip might lead to controversies as the place is not only the final resting place of Titanic but is also the graveyard of 1517 people who died along with the ship, on April 14 1912. Experts also said that such expedition undertaken earlier have made holes in Titanic. Rob McCallum who is the leader of the expedition has claimed that they are going to take the tourist next year for the trip because they consider the year to be a poignant one for their trip.

Narrating the previous experience of his visit in 2005,Rob said that people know from the stories of the Titanic and previous expeditions of others that the ship had broken into two halves and that it stands upright on the floor of the ocean bed. But when he looked up through the path hole, he could only see the ocean floor strewn up with bottles, cups, leather bags, cutleries, scattered between the two broken parts of the ship.

Enjoy Leisure: Travel Safe in Winter

Traveling in leisure is enjoyable yet the snow on road makes the driving challenging in winter. If you plan to go for a trip, be equipped with the safety measures. The harsh winter, coupled with snowfall makes the driving a little challenging. As a traveler, you must plan well in advance to make the trip work best. Before taking off for the tour, have a safety pack ready. Keeping a flashlight and having an ice-scraper are a must, candles along with matches, weather radio, fully charged cell phone and a good stock of dry food items that will stay for a long time. Then clean the car and be sure of making windows and lights dust free. Wipe out the car roof and keep it free from snow. Get the tire (tyre) pressure checked for it might go down in cold. Remember to carry snow chains that will make you even safer.

Your health need to be in quite a good condition before you think of traveling. Cold weather makes it all the more difficult and takes a toll on health. A good amount of calorie intake will make your energy level optimum while driving. But remember to take adequate fluid and avoid the chances of dehydration.

Snow on the road can make it slippery, so you really need to be careful with the brakes. Often you would find that brakes couldn’t be applied properly and the car is skidding. In such a case, don’t be panic but take a full control on steering. Driving slow is still better than driving too fast.
